Directions for use

Thyme can be used in various ways, depending on your needs

• Infusion: To prepare an infusion, pour one flat teaspoon of thyme over 250 ml of hot water at 90 - 100 °C and steep for 10 - 15 minutes. The infusion is ideal for drinking, especially during the cold season.
• Inhalations: Thyme can also be used for inhalation, which will help clear the airways and make breathing easier.

• Pregnant women - thyme has diastolic properties.
• Use of thyme oil - undiluted oil can cause an allergic reaction, and ingestion of a large dose of thymol in a short period of time can be toxic.
