METHOD OF PREPARATION
Ingredients: 1 sachet of ORKISZ bread starter bio 30 g Biovegan, 700 g ORKISZ flour, 300 g rye flour, 2 sachets of dried gluten-free yeast bio 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons of salt, 750 ml of lukewarm water.
Preparation: thoroughly mix all dry ingredients. Add water and knead well. Cover and set aside in a warm place for 2 hours. Then knead again and place in a greased bread pan. Place in a cold oven along with a bowl of water. Bake at 180-200 degrees C for about 80 minutes. Allow to cool.
