Directions for use

Sage can be used in various ways:

• Sage tea: To make an infusion, pour one flat teaspoon over 250 ml of hot water at 90 - 100°C. Steep for 10 - 15 minutes.
• Seasoning: As an ingredient in meat marinades, it goes well with poultry liver or as a seasoning for light Italian salads.
• Homemade sage butter: Perfect for summer parties!
