Product Description
Sattva Foods Mango Alphonso Pulp is made from sun-ripened mangoes, offering a naturally rich taste and aroma. It contains the fruit pulp, the most valuable part of a ripe mango. This product is an excellent base for a variety of desserts and drinks.
Suggestion for Mango Lassi:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mango Alphonso pulp, 1 cup thick yoghurt, 2 tablespoons sugar or honey, a few ice cubes, a pinch of ground cardamom, 2 tablespoons milk.
Preparation: Blend the mango pulp, yoghurt, sugar or honey, ice cubes and cardamom. Add milk and mix again.
The pulp can also be used as a topping for ice cream, an ingredient in milkshakes, or as an addition to baked goods.
