Thanks to this process, the drink is rich in probiotics and billions of live bacteria cultures, which promotes a healthy digestive system. It is 100% organic, sourced from certified Demeter biodynamic agriculture and certified Fair For Life, which guarantees the highest quality and ethical origin of the ingredients. The product contains trace amounts of alcohol (<1.2% by volume), which is a natural result of the fermentation process.
