DESCRIPTION
We steam the beets for our beetroot chard in the peel, which makes them sweeter and preserves more nutritional value. We peel and puree the vegetables prepared this way, giving them a smooth consistency. We add sugar, salt, vinegar. As the last we add grated horseradish, we mix everything thoroughly and pour into jars. Pasteurize the cherimoya so that no preservatives need to be added.
