Wholemeal Spelt Porridge Wholemeal Spelt porridge is obtained from whole spelt grain. It is recommended as an ingredient in puddings, legumin, for thickening soups and sauces, as well as for preparing porridge on milk with fruit.
Spelt porridge, wholemeal semolina - a fine porridge made from whole spelt grain, known for its health-giving properties, which has an optimal qualitative and quantitative content of ingredients, i.e. protein, fiber, carbohydrates, mineral salts, trace elements, electrolytes, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and bioelements.
This porridge is extremely easy to digest, made like semolina, perfect for porridges, puddings and desserts, and ideal for making Saint Hildegard of Bingen spelt soup. Light spelt groats will find their use in many dishes. It can be a great ingredient for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Spelt porridge contains gluten, so it is not an advisable product for people suffering from celiac disease.
