Product description
Organic unshelled white SEZAM, when roasted, can be a tasty addition to salads, breads and various dishes. It can also be used for home preparation of tahina - SEZAM paste, an excellent alternative to BUTTER or margarine. We also recommend it in ground form as a sprinkle for porridge, rice, soups or steamed vegetables. SEZAM seeds should be ground immediately before consumption. Soaking SEZAM beforehand improves its digestibility.
