Method of preparation

Whey drink:
1. Dissolve 3 level tablespoons (about 25 g) in 250 ml of lukewarm or cold water. Use a blender or shaker to prepare the drink. For a fuller-tasting drink, water can be replaced with milk or fruit can be added.
2 Introduce gradually into the daily diet, for the first 2-3 days it is advisable to use half the recommended dose (i.e. 1.5 tablespoons per 125 ml).
