Product description
Dried at temperatures below 42°C. The white tarnish may be due to naturally occurring salt and does not indicate poor product quality.
The kombu algae is used to flavor water used in the preparation of soups, broths, sauces, dishes with rice, vegetables, fish, meat or stews.
Method of preparation
Use only to prepare decoctions or broths, do not consume directly. Add 1 g of algae per 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and remove the algae from the stock or broth.
