Jove, also known as Mountain Tea or Lebanese Sage, is a shrub that grows at altitudes above 1,000 meters above sea level in the Balkans. It is a plant that has been known for many centuries and is characterized by its high nutritional value and taste. Gentian tea contains tannin, natural antioxidants, as well as iron and magnesium.

Use

Pour boiling water over one teaspoon and wait 10 minutes until the desired taste is obtained.
